NHS Boosters coordinates many volunteer efforts and looks to our parent community for help.
Our organization is based on the efforts and generosity of people sharing their time, ideas, and money to make things better for everyone! Please come to our meetings or email niwotboostervolunteer@gmail.com to learn more.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- NHS Boosters Board - Vice President, Communications Secretary
- After Prom - help plan and implement our biggest event of the year by entertaining juniors and seniors long after prom is over, planning begins soon!
- Banner Sales Membership Program - help promote and sell school banners, fundraising with local businesses
- Concessions - help schedule concessions at various sporting events
- Copy Room - make copies and laminate for teachers
- Event Support Team - help plan and/or implement events throughout the year
- Hearing and Vision Screenings - assist organizing students for screenings, usually in February
- Hospitality - help organize, set-up, and clean up conference dinners; help organize Teacher Appreciation Week
- Library Support - help with various library needs
- Music, Performance and Art - help continue the success of our programs with parent support
- Parent Socials - help plan our parent gatherings throughout the year
- Spirit Wear- help sell items during various events
- Social Media Coordinator - support us by spreading the word and making a positive presence in Social Media
- Volunteer as Needed - We email you when we need help. You email us back if you can help!
- Webmaster - help us maintain and update our great new website!
